If you are using your phone to access web pages, you're probably getting charged for extra Data used! Yes?
If you don't have Wi-Fi, your phone uses your Data for anything that is not a voice call (see how this works). Yes, you are promised unlimited talk and a set amount of Data, but sending TEXT messagers is such a small hit that you get that without a hit on that Data. But everything else> You bet. Browsing Amazon? Looking at a map? Searching for...anything? Data. And what will seem like a small task in a web page is actually a pretty good amount of Data.
Not to mention that the phone screen is so small I have a hard time imagining how that must be to read anything. But I use a 27 inch screen on my Mac, and even my big iPad from better days is now of little use to me.
The point is, as a phone iser, you really want to add an Internet source. That would be AT&T or Comcast. This should be about $10 a month, and the Data you can use is one TERABYTE! That's 1000 Gigs. You will never use it all.
Second nudge: you should spend a little and get a Tablet for the bigger screen. Clearly you know what that will mean, but maybe you would like to order your groceries online now? With a phone, that would be a challenge. A bigger screen is the answer. And if money is an issue, I have actually purchased a Fire 7" tablet just to find out how useful it might be. It was $50, and you won't find anything cheaper.
Do I love it? Truth be told, no. But again, I can't see it. But I know what it offers most everyone else, and even thought I am an Apple guy from the start, I will say that the Fire is a good match for an Android person.
So tap those links and see what you might find a worthwhile addition to your life. And BTW, these things could save your life.
