First, we assume there was a notice to expect a TEST! But that is assumed. So how to evacuate the building? ...the LOUD BUZZING of the hallway alarms would have us jumping. Of course it is also possible that that might be a practice alarm just to test it and get us to jump. Presumable, we will be notified that a test is planned! That notice typically comes as a sheet of paper pinned next to the front door. This assumes everyone opens their door at some point in the morning, but maybe some don't? So some confusion might result. Of course the ideal situation would have 100 percent of the residents calm grabbing their prepared method of taking important papers and meds to calm go to their appointed stair well and file out. But we still don't know what to do next? We are trying to get info on that. Stay tuned. Don't let THIS happen...
