I got the news too late. Back in the Day, I ate non-fat. Healthy, right? Wrong. Today I am Type 2. Save yourself, go with Whole Milk Yogurt! Trader Joe's is delicious. Minimal sugar (lactose) and great with frozen blackberries. My favorite.
